RAVEDRIP provides complimentary standard shipping on all international orders. No minimum threshold required.


PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMELINES

Every piece undergoes careful preparation and quality verification before dispatch.

- Order Processing: Please allow 1–2 business days for fulfillment allocation (excluding weekends and regional holidays).

- Production Windows: Select technical garments and custom items require 2–9 business days for specialized fabrication prior to shipment. Quality metrics are strictly maintained.


TRANSIT ESTIMATES

Delivery windows commence from the date of carrier dispatch:

- United States: 2–9 business days
- Canada: 5–15 business days
- International Orders: 7–20 business days
- Technical Bags & Specialized Hardware: 10–30 business days due to custom logistics handling.


TERMS & LIABILITY CONDITIONS

- Carrier Delays & Customs: Once a shipment enters the carrier network, RAVEDRIP is not liable for structural delays, transit bottlenecks, or customs clearance holds. Tracking data will be provided via automated transmission upon dispatch.

- Delivery & Security: Secure destination routing is the responsibility of the receiver. RAVEDRIP is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost, unclaimed, or stolen.

- Unsuccessful Deliveries & Returns: In the event that a package is returned to our facilities due to incorrect address entry or failure to collect, store credit will be issued upon processing and structural inspection of the returned parcel.

- Import Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to regional import duties and customs taxes upon arrival. These regulatory fees are determined by local authorities and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.


SPLIT SHIPMENTS

To optimize transit efficiency, items from the same order may be dispatched from different logistics hubs. If your order arrives in separate parcels, your remaining tracking profiles will update dynamically within your customer terminal.
