// ORDER INTEGRITY PROTOCOL Due to the custom manufacturing and limited nature of our capsule drops, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preferences. Please analyze the technical specifications and sizing charts thoroughly before finalizing your deployment.

// DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If a product arrives with structural damage or manufacturing defects, we will initiate a priority resolution. • Notification Window: Contact our support network within 14 days of confirmed delivery. • Verification: Email contact@rave-drip.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect.

// RESOLUTION PROCESS Once the defect is verified by our team, the following parameters apply:

1. Return Logistics: We will supply a pre-paid shipping label to return the defective item to our fulfillment hub.

2. Execution: Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue either a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a structural replacement.

3. Financial Processing: Approved refunds are processed and cleared within 7–10 business days, depending on your banking institution.

// LEGAL & WARRANTY PARAMETERS • Standard Inspection: We highly recommend inspecting your gear immediately upon arrival. No claims will be processed outside the 14-day post-delivery window. • EU Statutory Warranty: In compliance with EU Directive 1999/44/EC, all eligible products dispatched to the European Union and Northern Ireland are backed by a 2-year warranty matrix covering structural failures.
